We want you to be completely satisfied with your glow, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and in their original Bali Body packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and ship them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
